We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer (Consultant level) to support a live, mission-critical Cloud File Transfer (CFT) platform. This role focuses on production stability, reliability, security, and performance, supporting systems that operate in a high-availability, high-responsibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack components for a production CFT platform with strong emphasis on reliability and operational excellence
• Build and enhance secure, scalable, and resilient frontend and backend services
• Provide L3 production support, including incident debugging, root-cause analysis, and resolution in collaboration with DevOps teams
• Work closely with DevOps, Security, and QA teams to resolve application and security issues within defined SLAs
• Support release management and change validation, including impact analysis, rollback planning, and post-release verification
• Contribute to operational artefacts such as runbooks, dashboards, health checks, and troubleshooting guides
• Analyse application and operational metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and proactively implement improvements
• Communicate clearly and effectively during incidents, releases, and system changes, ensuring transparency and stakeholder confidence
• Apply security, reliability, and observability best practices when designing and enhancing system components

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Engineer supporting live production systems
• Strong practical experience with Vue.js, Laravel, and Golang
• Solid understanding of frontend frameworks, RESTful API design, and backend architecture
• Experience with containerised applications (Docker required; Kubernetes or ECS exposure preferred)
• Proven experience handling L3 support, incident investigation, and root-cause analysis in live environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working across engineering teams
