Job Title: Principal Engineer – DevSecOps Operations

Contract Duration: 2 years

Location: Singapore

Salary: Up to SGD 7,500 per month

Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to oversee the CapDev and operations of a cloud platform supporting critical national applications on Commercial Cloud. This role will involve leading the development, deployment, and operationalization of critical cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring compliance, security, and high reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Project Manager (PM) or Scrum Master (SM) for the Digital Platform, including managing Enterprise Common Services and DevSecOps pipelines and associated tools.
• Manage, plan, and track the operations of the MCC and related tasks, while coordinating support and liaising with relevant counterparts and authority-appointed partners.
• Provide expert technical advisory and consultancy on solution design, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
• Lead the DevSecOps operations team to maintain robust, reliable, and compliant operations for the platform.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or DevSecOps project management.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps terminology and best practices, with experience working with CIS benchmarks.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Prior experience in defence or public sector projects is a plus.
• Cloud Service Provider certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are highly desirable.

Must-Have Skills:

• Solid foundation in DevSecOps pipelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and liaising with external partners.
