We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire a senior product leader to support the development and launch of solutions within the high-net-worth segment.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, market insight and execution, and will play a key role in shaping the annual product roadmap while bringing differentiated propositions to market.
Responsibilities:
Product strategy & market insight
- Contribute to the annual product strategy and roadmap, aligned with broader business objectives
- Develop a strong view of the competitive landscape, customer behaviour and emerging opportunities
- Identify gaps in the market and areas where propositions can be enhanced or differentiated
Product ideation & development
- Lead cross-functional ideation sessions to design products that address customer needs and pain points
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align objectives and drive execution
- Engage external partners (e.g. insurers, fund managers, reinsurers, service providers) to stay close to market innovation
- Incorporate customer insights and feedback into iterative product design
Governance, delivery & launch
- Oversee product approval processes and ensure readiness for launch
- Work with downstream teams to translate product intent into effective implementation
- Support the development and review of product documentation and customer-facing materials
- Partner with marketing teams to articulate clear and compelling propositions for the target segment
Performance & optimisation
- Monitor post-launch performance and customer uptake
- Analyse trends and propose actions to optimise outcomes
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Leadership & execution
- Provide guidance to junior team members
- Manage timelines, resolve roadblocks and ensure alignment across teams
- Maintain strong awareness of regulatory and governance considerations
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Insurance, Actuarial, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- 7–13 years of relevant experience, ideally within product development, propositions or strategy
- Exposure to the high-net-worth segment is advantageous
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate ideas into execution
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
