Responsibilites:

• Supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding

• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems

• Assisting with recruitment administration

• Responding to HR-related queries from employees and managers

• Assisting with HR reporting and compliance tasks

• Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required
  
  

• Previous experience in an HR, people, or administrative role (or relevant qualification)

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (HR systems experience is a plus)

• A team player with a positive and can-do attitude
