We're seeking seasoned HR professionals to document expertise, create screening criteria, and develop impactful case studies. The Role
• Share your professional journey and HR support experience to enrich our research.
• Define field-specific evaluation criteria for HR assistant hiring and performance reviews.
• Document substantial recruitment initiatives, employee engagement projects, or process improvements.
• Participate in feedback and calibration sessions to refine our industry framework.
• Contribute to high-quality case studies that focus on real-world practices and decision-making.
What You'll Need
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR support, recruitment coordination, or employee services.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software (ATS).
• Currently residing in the United States or Canada with fluent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and ability to follow written instructions independently.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
