Purpose and Summary:

  • Responsible to manage all IT Administration matters & process consultation with subject matter expertise in IT Service Management, Governance, IT Audits, IT Budgeting, IT Contracts & Payments, IT procedures and policies.
  • Assisting and supporting the CIO/CTO in all administrative and management related activities to ensure effective performance & development of Technology in the Bank.


Key Deliverables:

  • Provide an effective support to IT member.
  • Seeking support and guidance from senior staff for ensuring that accurate work is been maintained.
  • Welcome CTO/ CIO /Team member's guests.
  • Communicating with all visitors and ensuring notes are provided to CTO/CIO.
  • Receive and send mails from other Departments/Sections or form outside the Bank.
  • Attend to calls and messages.
  • Prepare internal memos or letters for IT Division.
  • Manage CTO schedule.
  • Liaison with other Departments/Sections for follow up of any outstanding matters or Reponses.
  • Follow up with Corporate Support Division for stationary requirements of the IT Division.
  • Coordinate and follow up with HRD all IT staff related matters.
  • Coordinate and organize Division related special events.
  • Build management reports, dashboards and presentations for CIO/CTО.
  • Coordinate and close IT Audit & Control issues.
  • Manage negotiations and collaborations for IT Vendor Contracts.
  • Prepare, Publish & Reconcile annual IT Budget-CAPEX & OPEX
  • Establishing Bank Wide IT Policy &procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and development of IT Business Cases and Cost Benefit Analysis for IT Project.
  • Evaluate & Monitor IT Outsource performance and relations under CTO/CIO guidance.
  • Manage processes and governance of "IT Help Desk and DC Operations - Managed Services" during transition & transformation journey.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out according to bank's policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by IT management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • ITIL
  • Project Managements


Skills/Knowledge:

  • Excellent Verbal & Communication skills-Arabic & English. Computer Skills.
  • Ability of Interpersonal skils Multitasking
  • Time management.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office. Budgeting, KPI formations and monitoring
  • Good Knowledge in Accounting & Reconciliation.


Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience.


Business Understanding:

Strong understanding of bank’s policies, procedures, and standards
