Digital Marketing & Growth Manager (Part-Time)

Sector: Smart Homes & Smart Buildings

Location: Sultanate of Oman – Muscat (Flexible / Partial on-site presence as needed)

House Utopia serves both individuals and businesses and has a proven track record of successful local projects within the Sultanate of Oman.


Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who leads marketing, not just executes it. The ideal candidate will be capable of building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and delivering measurable results by establishing a sustainable, multi-channel marketing system while leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to reduce costs, bridge resource gaps, and ensure continuity.

🔹 Employment structure:

* Part-time for 3 months (probation period)

* Possibility to transition to full-time upon proving competence and achieving satisfactory results

🧠Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy targeting:

* Individuals (B2C)

* Businesses and organizations (B2B)

* Build and strengthen the brand’s digital presence in the Omani market

* Lead and manage:


* Digital content

* Paid advertising campaigns

* Digital communication channels

* Convert digital engagement into:

* Qualified leads

* Meetings

* Real project opportunities

* Prepare clear, periodic performance reports (KPIs, Leads, Conversion, ROI)

* Continuously optimize performance based on data and analytics

* Work independently with clear planning and execution


Marketing Funnel & Multi-Channel Strategy:

* Design and manage a complete marketing funnel covering all stages of the customer journey:

* Awareness

* Consideration & comparison

* Conversion

* Retention & loyalty building

* Diversify marketing channels without relying on a single platform, including:

* Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

* Website & landing pages

* Educational content & blogs

* Email marketing

* Paid campaigns

* Social media platforms

* Build long-term owned media assets that ensure continuous market presence even if certain digital platforms decline or stop.

* Use AI tools to support, accelerate, and automate these channels efficiently.


Artificial Intelligence (Mandatory Requirement):

The candidate must have **hands-on practical experience** using AI tools in marketing—not just theoretical knowledge.


This includes using AI for:

* Content and ad copywriting

* Monthly content planning

* Performance analysis and reporting

* Automated responses and follow-ups

Managing AI tools such as (but not limited to):

* ChatGPT or smart writing tools

* Canva AI

* Smart scheduling and analytics tools

* Automation tools (Chatbots / Workflows)

Ability to:

* Reduce operational costs

* Compensate for limited human resources

* Accelerate task execution

* Staying up to date with AI marketing trends and applying them in practice.


Creative Partners Management:

* Source and manage:

* Graphic designers

* Photographers and videographers

* Visual content creators when required

* Prepare:

* Clear briefs for each task

* Unified visual guidelines and brand identity

* Supervise:

* Quality of deliverables

* Adherence to timelines

* Maintain a smart balance between:

* High-quality human creative production

* AI tools to reduce costs and speed up production

Note: This is a leadership and management role, not a hands-on design or photography position.


Required Qualifications:

* Minimum **4–5 years** of experience in digital marketing

* Experience marketing:

* Technology services

* Engineering systems

* B2B and B2C solutions

* Strong understanding of the Omani or GCC market

* Results-driven, strategic mindset

* High ability to work independently and make decisions

* Strong analytical and reporting skills


Work Structure:


* Part-time (flexible)

* Probation period: 3 months

* Achievement of targets

* Quality of execution

* Efficiency in using AI

* Possibility of full-time conversion with performance-based incentives
