Responsible for leading and coordinating the masterplan and infrastructure design across the project, ensuring integration between sports facilities, mixed-use developments, and site-wide infrastructure systems. The role includes managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing design deliverables during tender and early design stages, and ensuring compliance with international standards and government requirements.

Responsible for leading the design and coordination of all masterplan-wide MEP and utility systems, including power distribution, water, wastewater, district cooling, and ICT networks. The role focuses on ensuring technical integration across multiple project zones and supporting BIM-based coordination during the tender stage.

Responsible for developing and managing project schedules, coordinating planning inputs across disciplines, and supporting tender-stage programming and risk analysis. The role ensures alignment between design deliverables, milestones, and overall project timelines using professional planning tools and methodologies.

Responsible for leading civil and infrastructure engineering design, including roads, utilities, earthworks, and site-wide civil systems. The role includes coordinating with architectural and MEP teams, reviewing technical submissions, and supporting approvals and tender documentation for large-scale infrastructure works.

• Proven experience in Masterplanning, Infrastructure, or Mixed-Use Developments
• Background in government or mega-project environments
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary coordination skills
• Proficiency in relevant tools such as Primavera, BIM, Civil 3D
• Advisory / leadership role within an international consortium structure
