The role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on project ownership, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage marketing projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery
• Coordinate creative and non-technical teams to meet project goals and deadlines
• Act as the central point of communication between internal departments
• Track project progress, timelines, risks, and issues, and report to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, dependencies, and inefficiencies
• Ensure alignment between project requirements, execution, and business goals
• Lead urgent projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to changing needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role
• Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into actionable steps
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk management abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with teams
• Proactive, results-oriented, and team-player mindset
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools – an advantage
