Project Manager

Creative Delivery Center, Luxoft's in-house 360-degree advertising agency, is looking for Project Manager with a rational mind and strong marketing and tech industry knowledge. They will be at the forefront of discussing the strategic and operational processes needed to launch various campaigns and marketing assets for Luxoft's lines of business, overseeing the flow from planning to delivery and acting as the main point of contact for the company's internal stakeholders - our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting internal clients about campaign requirements, formulating and approving plans, tasks and timelines

• Managing and reviewing progress and delivering client's campaigns and other projects, keeping in contact with clients at all stages

• Fostering a good working relationship with clients, either through direct contact or in support of client needs

• Coordinating end-to-end workflow of internal creative team, especially by planning tasks, monitoring their progress and ensuring all processes are followed, especially quality control processes

• Closely collaborating with other internal teams, especially content, digital and brand, in order to meet campaign goals

• Project Management in JIRA

• Launching campaigns according to agreed plans and provide follow-ups to clients and internal teams

Mandatory Skills Description:

• A track record of project management achievements

• The ability to manage and track a significant number of tasks and projects at one time

• English language skills to business standard

• The ability to work with clients from multiple business areas

• A general understanding of various marketing domains (content, digital, brand, design) to better plan and track ongoing projects

• A high level of self-motivation, a flexible approach, and a willingness to develop and stay open to change

• The ability to work under pressure

• A service and target-oriented attitude

• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills

• Detail-conscious, with great analytical skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Knowledge of JIRA software or other project management tools

• Scrum Master Certificate
