About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, AI-native Associate Product Manager to join our Product team. This role is ideal for someone fresh out of college or MBA (Tier-1 preferred) who has actively worked with AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-driven product workflows and is excited to build modern, intelligent products.

You will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering, design, and data teams to shape product requirements, experiment with AI capabilities, and help deliver impactful user experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Leverage AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation tools, analytics AI, etc.) to improve product discovery, execution, and documentation
  • Create and refine high-quality prompts for different use cases (research, UX writing, PRDs, analysis, testing, etc.)
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market studies using AI-assisted methods
  • Roadmap planning, sprint execution, and product launches
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure clear communication and fast execution
  • Continuously experiment with new AI tools relevant to product management and workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Recently graduated from:
  • Tier-1 MBA program OR
  • Strong undergraduate background in Product, Engineering, Design, or Technology
  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in real work, not just theoretical knowledge
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Prompt engineering and prompt optimization
  • Multiple AI tools used in product, research, design, or productivity
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication and structured thinking skills
