About Snapmint:
Snapmint is a leading fintech company redefining access to consumer credit in India. With over 10 million customers across 2,200+ cities, our zero-cost EMI platform enables responsible purchases without the need for a credit card across categories like fashion, electronics, and lifestyle. India has over 300 million credit-eligible consumers, yet fewer than 35 million actively use credit cards. Snapmint addresses this gap by offering a trusted, transparent alternative grounded in financial inclusion and ethical lending practices.
Founded in 2017, Snapmint is a profitable, high-growth company doubling year-on-year. Our founding team-alumni of IIT Bombay and ISB-brings deep experience from Swiggy, Ola, Maruti Suzuki, and prior successful ventures in ad-tech, patent analytics, and bank-tech. We are building the future of responsible consumer finance-simple, transparent, and customer-first.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about building intuitive and conversion-driven experiences for B2C products. This role focuses on designing seamless lending and checkout journeys, ensuring clarity, trust, and ease of use for end users.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design user-centric flows across web and app platforms. Alongside core UI/UX responsibilities, you will also support basic graphic and visual design needs to maintain consistency across product and brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys, with a strong focus on checkout and post-checkout flows (payment, confirmation, order tracking, repayment, etc.).
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens for B2C products.
• Work on merchant widgets and embedded experiences used across partner platforms.
• Improve conversion and usability by simplifying complex flows such as EMI selection, payment options, and status communication.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear, scalable design solutions.
• Support the marketing and brand team with basic graphic design assets, such as banners, in-app creatives, landing visuals, and campaign collaterals.
• Ensure consistency across designs by following design systems, components, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct quick user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder inputs.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably working on B2C digital products.
• Strong experience in designing checkout, payment, and post-checkout user journeys.
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (wireframing, prototyping, component libraries).
• Good understanding of user behavior, conversion optimization, and usability principles.
• Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
