Overview
This company is a Workflow & AI Orchestration Specialist. They're on a mission to modernise how public sector organisations manage casework, derive insight from data and deliver citizen services. Theyre growing fast and looking for bright, dynamic people to help build their business.
Role
Theyre seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX/UI User Researcher to support the design and research of their mobile-first products. Youll work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to understand user needs, contribute to design systems, and create intuitive interfaces that scale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in an AI-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and insight synthesis
Translate user research findings into clear UX recommendations
Design mobile-first user experiences and interfaces
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
Design and maintain reusable UI components
Contribute to and work within existing design systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and user-centred
Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Figma
Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centred design
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Experience designing mobile-first applications
Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
Experience designing and maintaining UI components
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI, SaaS, or tech startup environments
Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
A portfolio demonstrating UX/UI and research work (academic or personal projects welcome)
