Project Manager - BESS

Location - Germany

Salary - €90,000 - €140,000 + Bonus

We are representing a world-leading green technology company that provides renewable energy solutions for global enterprises, governments, and institutions. Encompassing three major business sectors - Smart Wind Turbines, Energy Storage, and Green Hydrogen Solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise the end-to-end project management for projects across Europe, develop and manage large-scale project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project goals are met
• Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless project execution
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Monitor and report project progress to management
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout project lifecycles
• Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and clients to enhance project outcomes and relationships
• Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate decision-making processes

Qualification and expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record in managing renewable energy projects in the European region.
• Extensive experience in large-scale project delivery and coordination.
• Expertise in wind and grid-scale BESS project management.
• Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
• Ability to travel within Europe and internationally as required
