TORQCOMMODITIES is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience by managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and a proactive approach to supporting our talent management initiatives.

- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize training programs
- Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation
- Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and policies in a timely manner
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or commodities environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills
