Project Manager - £55,000 - 62,500 - Manchester / Hybrid
We are currently working with a leading housing association to recruit for several Project Manager to join their multi-year transformation to modernise systems, processes, and customer experience across the organisation. With major change underway across both service design and technology, they are expanding their central Project Delivery function and hiring experienced Project Managers who can influence, lead, and deliver meaningful organisational improvement.
The role will be working across two workstreams covering:
Service Design & Continuous Improvement
- Redesigning customer journeys
- Simplifying and standardising processes
- Delivering new technology as part of a major tech stack reduction (two‑thirds reduction)
- Supporting regulatory and policy change
- Cultural and people‑change initiatives, including leadership capability uplift
Tech & Data
- Technology‑led change
- Data governance and insight improvement
- Systems transformation
As such, they are looking for Project Managers with a diverse project background, comfortable with picking up both business change and tech focussed projects.
If you have worked as a Project Manager on enterprise-wide transformation projects, have a solid understanding of end-to-end change management, budget management and risk & issue management, this could be the perfect role for you.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 1-2 days per week in the office in Manchester.
