What you’ll be doing

• Building front-end features in React / Next.js with clean, reusable TypeScript
• Working across a Node.js backend to integrate APIs and services
• Owning features end-to-end, from idea → implementation → deployment through CI/CD
• Tackling challenges around performance, scalability, and user experience
• Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and product to ship high-quality releases
• Writing tests and lifting quality through reviews, maintainability, and best practices

What we’re looking for

• 4–5 years’ commercial software engineering experience
• Strong React.js + modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Node.js experience in a production environment
• Exposure to Next.js (or strong willingness to pick it up fast)
• Hands-on experience shipping via CI/CD pipelines (Git, PRs, code reviews, etc.)
• Comfortable working 5 days a week on-site in Chatswood
• Mandarin language skills are key — you’ll be collaborating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/teams
• Clear communicator, team player, enjoys solving tricky problems with others

Visa & eligibility

• 485 visa holders are welcome (as long as you have 2+ years remaining)
• Full working rights in Australia are required now and for the medium term
