Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Melbourne, VIC, with some flexibility to work from home. The Business Development Manager will drive new business opportunities and revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and manage client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new clients, developing sales strategies, negotiating and closing deals, and staying updated on industry trends to provide market insights. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Partnership Management
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and emerging fintech trends
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market analysis, client research, and developing growth strategies
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing both in-office collaboration and remote responsibilities
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
