Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements and designs into intuitive user interfaces.
- Ensure code quality, performance, accessibility, and scalability across web applications.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to front-end best practices and standards.
- Continuously improve user experience through iteration, testing, and feedback.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end components in a production environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative, asynchronous engineering culture focused on ownership and impact.
- Proven experience as a Front End Engineer, building and maintaining complex web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with deep experience in modern frameworks such as React or similar.
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product-driven environment.
- Familiarity with APIs, version control systems, and modern development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous setup.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
