Technical Project Manager (m/w/d)

In einem zunehmend hybriden und multi-cloud-orientierten IT Umfeld übernehmen Technical Project Manager (m/w/d) bei uns eine zentrale Rolle: sie verbinden technisches Verständnis, methodische Exzellenz und Kundenfokus, um anspruchsvolle Transformationsprojekte erfolgreich umzusetzen. Verstärke unser Team als  Technischer Projektmanager  (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Cloud, Virtualisierung und Enterprise-Infrastruktur und verantworte die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer IT-Programme und Projekte im Public- und Private-Cloud-Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für End-to-End-Projektmanagement von der Initiierung über Planung, Umsetzung, und Monitoring bis zum Projektabschluss
  • Steuerung von Cloud- und Infrastrukturprojekten mit Fokus auf VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) als strategische Plattform und Microsoft Azure und Amazon Web Services (AWS) in hybriden und multi-cloud Szenarien
  • Umsetzung strukturierter Projektgovernance durch Scope-, Risiko-, Qualitäts- und Changemanagement, Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagement und Financial- und KPI Reporting
  • Anwendung etablierter Projektmanagement-Methodiken in klassischen (Waterfall, PRINCE2) sowie agilen und hybriden Modellen (Scrum, agile Delivery Models)
  • Unterstützung von Sales-Aktivitäten durch die Erstellung von Projekt- und Migrationskonzepten sowie Aufwandsschätzungen, Roadmaps und Ressourcenmodellen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Delivery-Standards, Best Practices und Continuous Improvement

Was Du Mitbringen Solltest

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im aktiven Projektmanagement von IT-, Cloud- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Solides technisches Verständnis in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Virtualisierung & Software Defined Data Center, VMware by Broadcom (ins. VCF), Azure und/oder AWS sowie Kubernetes
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung interdisziplinären, hybriden Projektteams
  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Optimal Wäre, Wenn Du...

  • bereits Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum) vorweisen kannst
  • Erfahrung in Beratung-, Systemintegration- oder Enterprise-Service-Umfeldern sowie Herstellerkenntnisse (VMware, Microsoft, AWS) mitbringst

In an increasingly hybrid and multi-cloud IT environment, Technical Project Managers play a central role: they combine technical expertise, methodological excellence, and customer focus to successfully drive complex transformation projects. Join our team as a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on cloud, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure, and take responsibility for planning, managing, and delivering complex IT programs and projects in public and private cloud environments.

Your Role

  • End-to-end project management from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure
  • Management of cloud and infrastructure projects with a focus on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) as a strategic platform, as well as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios
  • Implementation of structured project governance including scope, risk, quality, and change management, stakeholder and communication management, as well as financial and KPI reporting
  • Application of established project management methodologies in both traditional (Waterfall, PRINCE2) and agile/hybrid models (Scrum, agile delivery models)
  • Support of sales activities through development of project and migration concepts, effort estimates, roadmaps, and resource models
  • Active contribution to delivery standards, best practices, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing IT, cloud, or infrastructure projects
  • Solid technical understanding in at least one of the following areas: virtualization & software-defined data centers, VMware by Broadcom (especially VCF), Azure and/or AWS, and Kubernetes
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary, hybrid project teams
  • Structured, analytical way of working with strong customer and results orientation
  • Excellent German and English skills

Nice To Have

  • Project management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum)
  • Experience in consulting, system integration, or enterprise service environments, as well as vendor knowledge (VMware, Microsoft, AWS)
