Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end user flows, screen states, and interactions from a UX/UI perspective
• Translate concepts and requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs
• Gather and align stakeholder input on user needs and technical feasibility
• Ensure clear information hierarchy and consistent user experience across screens
• Create high-fidelity mockups, pixel-perfect UI designs, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with UX copywriters for seamless content integration
• Conduct and iterate on designs based on usability testing and user feedback
• Actively use and contribute to the design system with a Mobile First approach
• Support concept designers during ideation and lead design refinement phases
• Hand over designs to development teams and follow up on front-end implementation
• Share best practices and contribute to UX/UI standards, patterns, and guidelines

Skills

• Strong Mobile First mindset with experience in mobile-native design
• Solid knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Good understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Experience using and evolving design systems and reusable components
• Ability to understand technical constraints; basic front-end knowledge is a plus
• Strong documentation and design briefing skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach
• Fluent in French or Dutch (C1 level) with good English communication skills (B1/B2)
