We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Brussels. You'll drive agile initiatives, coach teams, and contribute to product strategy. 🔥 Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams follow Agile best practices and continuously improve their processes
- Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and frameworks
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to help define product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities
- Support the delivery of high-quality products by removing impediments and fostering a culture of accountability
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights to improve delivery efficiency
- Promote cross-functional collaboration between business, design, and technical teams
- Contribute to change management initiatives and agile transformation efforts within the organization
🎯 Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally with some Product Ownership responsibilities
- Trilingual: French, English, and Dutch (fluent)
- Strong experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance team coaching with product delivery focus and strategic thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
