Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role based in Strasbourg for a Network Engineer. The Network Engineer will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems, ensuring optimal network performance and security. The role also involves tasks such as implementing network designs, monitoring system operations, and addressing technical challenges to ensure a reliable IT infrastructure. The selected candidate will collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of network infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
- Skilled in Network Troubleshooting to resolve connectivity and operational issues
- Strong understanding of Network Security principles and practices
- Experience in Network Design to develop effective and scalable solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under time constraints
- Proficiency in common networking equipment and tools (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a strong advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an IT team in an on-site environment
