We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager/ Project Manager to lead the roll-out of ERP systems within the distribution and wholesale sectors. This role demands a strong foundation in project management and ERP systems, along with expertise in infrastructure and technical integration within retail or wholesale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ERP system roll-outs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate systems upgrades, integration, automation, and migration efforts.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, maintaining a sharp focus on details while aligning projects with business goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Project Management Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience leading ERP implementation projects, particularly within the retail, distribution, or wholesale sectors.
• Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and infrastructure projects. Familiarity with automation and migration is highly desirable.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on project details and quality assurance.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage competing priorities with professionalism.
