About the role:
As a Working Student in People & Office Operations, you will support our People team in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and office operations. You will play an important role in maintaining employee data, supporting internal processes, and helping create a positive and welcoming employee experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on, service-oriented student who enjoys working with people and keeping things organized.
As a Working Student (f/m/d) HR/People Team, you would be responsible for:
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee administration and handling people-related requests.
- Maintaining and updating employee data, documents, and internal People processes.
- Supporting smooth office operations by coordinating supplies, equipment, and external service providers.
- Assisting with the organization of internal activities, events, and feel-good initiatives.
- Acting as a point of contact for office- and people-related topics, contributing to a positive employee experience.
- Current enrollment at university in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
- Interest in office management, people operations, feel-good management, and employee experience.
- Hands-on, structured, and reliable working style; first experience in a service-oriented role is a plus.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Very good English skills; German skills are a plus.
