Job Title: HR Operations – HR Shared Services (EMEA)

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Shared Services professional to act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries. The role focuses on delivering high-quality support, managing HR tickets, guiding employees to the right resources, and ensuring smooth HR operations across EMEA regions.


Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first contact for employee HR inquiries across onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and employee data changes

Respond to queries through the HR ticketing system and aim for first contact resolution

Route and assign tickets to the correct HR teams or other departments when required

Track service requests and maintain accurate documentation

Provide triage support to HR Centres of Excellence and assist with processing requests

Use HR knowledge tools and intranet resources to provide accurate information

Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality

Follow defined HR policies, procedures, and escalation processes

Support audits, data quality checks, and reporting

Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery


Skills and Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail

Ability to manage high volumes and multiple priorities

Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Experience with HR ticketing systems is highly preferred

Knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors is an added advantage

Experience supporting the employee lifecycle in EMEA regions is desirable


Education and Experience

2–5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services

Previous HR administration experience required

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

HR certification or accreditation is a plus
