- Planning, coordination and status tracking of all activities of the product development lifecycle
- Provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring they understand and follow Scrum values, principles, and practices.
- Act as the main point of contact between the development team, stakeholders and other departments, effectively managing expectations and ensuring communication is clear and consistent.
- Sprint Planning in collaboration with Product Managers and Project Managers
- Ensuring deliverables are prepared to satisfy project and product requirementsand schedule
- Participating in Change Control Board meetings and reporting status issues tothis panel as required
- Contributing to definition and deployment of new processes, methodologies, technologies and tools to continuously improve efficiency and quality of the products development lifecycle
Ihr Profil
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software developmentenvironment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding and experience over the entire System Development Lifecycle of software intensive systems and experience in managing a cross-functional group of engineers
- Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making.
- Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
