Role: DevOps Engineer
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands
Employment Type: Contract.
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in the Atlassian tool stack (Bamboo, Jira, Bitbucket) and strong experience in platform engineering. This role requires someone who can challenge technical decisions, drive best practices, and contribute to tooling strategy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Atlassian tools (Bamboo, Jira, Bitbucket) and integrations.
- Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using IaC (Terraform).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on platform improvements and migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, integration, and performance issues.
- Solid knowledge on Kubernetes
- Contribute to cloud migration and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Implement monitoring and observability (Grafana, Splunk).
- Stay current with DevOps trends and platform architecture evolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering.
- Strong administration skills in Atlassian tools
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline-as-code.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform).
- Familiarity with RBAC, SSO, and secrets management.
- Solid scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, YAML).
