Data Officer (Permanent)
About the role
We are looking for a Data Officer to support business decision-making through high-quality data, reporting, and insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and translate data into clear, actionable input for strategic and operational decisions.
This is a permanent role based in the Tilburg region, with a hybrid setup (2 days per week on-site).
Responsibilities
- Integrate and manage data from multiple business systems.
- Design and maintain a central data environment and ETL processes.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyse trends and performance and translate results into business insights.
- Act as a key data partner for business and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL and ETL.
- Advanced Power BI experience.
- Strong business mindset and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Dutch and fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working independently.
