"Description: Report directly to the CEO, managing strategic projects critical to company growth Identify, analyze, and solve complex issues across departments and business functions Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion with measurable impact Collaborate with department heads and the C-suite to align projects with strategic goals Produce data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making and strategy formulation Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and project risks efficiently Liaise with external consultants and stakeholders as required Contribute to long-term strategic planning and organizational development Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability, quality, and results Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred; 3+ years experience; strategic thinker; proactive and solution-oriented"
