About The Role
In this role, you will partner with product managers, engineers and domain experts across research, development and commercial functions to design end-to-end experiences—grounded in evidence, prototyped rapidly and delivered with craft. How will you use data, visualisation and AI-informed patterns to reduce friction, clarify decisions and accelerate outcomes for thousands of users worldwide?

Accountabilities
- Design Strategy and Discovery: Frame abstract problems into concrete opportunities through UX research, critical thinking and clear recommendations that influence product direction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Guide stakeholders through the design process, align on priorities and partner with product and engineering to deliver solutions that balance user needs and business goals.
- Data-informed Design: Use quantitative and qualitative evidence to define success metrics, inform decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Prototyping and Systems: Lead prototyping as a team sport to de-risk decisions, validate concepts and maintain design principles from idea to implementation; apply visual design, data visualisation and AI best practices to create clear, intuitive experiences.
- Feedback and Iteration: Establish feedback loops, run structured critiques and evolve designs in agile sprints to improve team performance and delivery quality.
- Outcome Ownership: Connect design work to measurable outcomes such as task completion, time-to-decision, error reduction and adoption; communicate impact to stakeholders.
- Enablement and Standards: Contribute to design systems, accessibility and patterns that scale across products and teams to raise consistency, speed and quality.
- Learning and Innovation: Explore new technologies and methods, integrate learnings into your practice and share knowledge to elevate the team.
- Embrace a user-centred and critical thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Frame abstract problems into concrete solutions via UX Research methods while providing your expert recommendations.
- Support the creation and development of product strategies that deliver at scale.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and help prioritise requirements, guiding them through the different stages of product design development.
- Partner with customer leads and developers to define and deliver the best solutions.
- Utilise quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions, balancing business goals with user's needs.
- Use data to identify opportunities for product improvements and lead design efforts.
- Lead prototyping efforts as a team activity.
- Ensure that design principles are maintained throughout the development process and that the final product aligns with user needs and expectations.
- Understand Visual Design, Data Visualisation and AI best practices to design clear and intuitive experiences.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by promoting feedback loops and iterative design processes.
- Adapt and reflect on Agile practices to optimize team performance and delivery.
- Keeping open to learn new technologies and topics, while integrating them in your design process will be key.
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery, highlighting measurable outcomes.
- Experience designing complex, data-rich or enterprise-scale products; familiarity with regulated environments such as healthcare or life sciences.
- Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and contribution to design systems and component libraries.
- Strong command of accessibility principles (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive research practices.
- Comfort with experimentation methods, product analytics, telemetry and defining success metrics.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly, influence roadmaps and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
