Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Product UX/UI Designer to join our Labs - UX/UI team. In this role, you won't just be "drawing interfaces"; you will be an architect of the user journey and a key partner in our commercial success. You will bridge the gap between complex hospitality technology and intuitive user experiences, ensuring our products are as functional as they are visually compelling.

This role requires full-time on-site presence in Maia.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Product and Software teams with UX/UI:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps;
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets;
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields;
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like;
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
• Test the Product GUIs, Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness);
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;
• Regularly audit compliance for accessibility standards, promote and monitor adjustments;
• Produce default content for products to support Customer Success teams.

Support Customer Success teams with Product Content:

• Produce specific product content for clients;
• Provide training to Customer Success on Product Content;

Support the Marketing team with Product graphical materials:

• Produce graphical materials (including animations) for product marketing (newsletter, presentations, brochures, …);
• Authoring design for slide packs, manuals and datasheets;
• Support Marketing with Product Newsletters content.

Must Have

• Degree in Design, Graphic Design or a related subject.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a range of projects.
• Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and an understanding of front-end constraints. 
• A designer who looks beyond the Figma canvas to see how the product performs in the real world.
• Ability to switch between deep UX wireframing and high-gloss marketing asset creation. 
• A "team-first" mentality, ready to support Sales, CS, and Marketing to ensure the product is represented perfectly at every touchpoint. 
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)​.
