The Opportunity

This role is a chance to lead transformative initiatives at a global scale through cutting-edge data science, machine learning, and AI methodologies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating the efficiency and innovation of global data services, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and shaping data strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.


Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) or LLMs (Large Language Models) is a must.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor data scientists, fostering best practices and collaborative team dynamics.
  • Design, develop, and oversee GenAI, deep learning, and machine learning models, with a particular focus on NLP and LLM applications.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering to deploy and integrate ML algorithms into scalable systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code with clear documentation.
  • Experiment with and apply new ML methods to large-scale datasets.
  • Communicate insights effectively through visualisations and structured reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Consult with internal teams to solve business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Own critical projects end-to-end, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise and expand the impact of existing data solutions.


What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning, deep learning, and NLP/LLM models.
  • Strong programming skills, ideally in Python, and familiarity with modern data science tools and libraries.
  • Experience working with large datasets and applying statistical analysis to real-world business problems.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence.
