THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of data and analytics projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with other PMs and cross-functional teams to learn our ways of working, contribute to project documentation, and ensure smooth communication between technical and business stakeholders. From early on, you’ll have the opportunity to lead smaller, well-scoped initiatives or workstreams with guidance, and over time you’ll take ownership of larger projects—facilitating ceremonies, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet our quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Your First 6 Months:

  • Understand our ways of working and adapt to it
  • Lead a small project end-to-end (or a client workstream), with mentoring and clear escalation paths
  • Support requirement gathering with clients and internal stakeholders (clarifications, documentation, scope alignment)
  • Learn about our projects and provide feedback on learning opportunities
  • Work transversal with other PMs to get familiar on Business Language and procedures
  • Identify lack of documentation needed to acquire the knowledge needed and provide support
  • Complete the training in the specific areas identified upon your hiring
  • Shadow other PMs and prepare yourself to lead a new project

6 - 12 Months:

  • Level up what you did on the first 6 months
  • Start leading a project
  • Lead internal sessions of Refinement, Retrospectives and Design Thinking

REQUIREMENTS

  • Client-facing mindset: able to engage with clients, build rapport, and gather/clarify requirements (ask the right questions, confirm scope, and align expectations)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Background in Management or similar
  • Being familiar with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies;
  • Critical thinker who is open to challenges;
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to handle extensive documentation at the start;
  • Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment;

What can be a plus?

  • Familiar working with Data Projects
  • Knowing what SQL is and having some experience or at least being eager to learn
  • PMI, Scrum and Kanban certifications

PERKS

  • Fully Remote or Hybrid Work System (decided by the employee) ;
  • Meal Allowance: €10.20 per day (via card)
  • 15th Month Bonus Salary Policy;
  • 4 extra vacation days;
  • Participation in International Projects;
  • Health Insurance (for you, spouse and children);

  • Company-Paid Certifications;
  • Team Building Activities;
  • Innovative & Young Culture.
