This is a remote position.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  
• Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M) for accurate and high-performance analytics.
  
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure secure and controlled access to data.
  
• Manage and deploy reports in Power BI Service, ensuring proper governance and version control.
  
• Integrate data sources from Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse and Warehouse, for unified reporting.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver timely insights.
  
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of data models and reports.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and documentation for reporting processes.
  

• Data modeling and creation of interactive reports.
  
• Proficient in DAX and Power Query (M).
  
• Implementation of Row-Level Security (RLS).
  
• Experience with Power BI Service (Cloud version).
  
• Connectivity with Lakehouse and Warehouse in Fabric.
  
• Development of Semantic Models for corporate reporting.
  
• Governance and performance optimization in Fabric environments.
  
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD for Power BI.
