As a trainee in the Human Resources department, you will support our team in the area of training and development of our talents, performing functions such as managing external and internal training, updating information in our internal systems, reviewing training invoices, participating in the organisation of Onboardings of new employees, organising training tours and trips and supporting the team in other tasks or projects within the training and development area.

Requirements:
What You’ll Bring Along
- Business administration, human resources, international management, psychology, magisterium or industrial science are your major subjects of study
- You speak very good Spanish as well as good English. Languages as German will be a plus.
- You have a sense of responsibility in your everyday work and work very precisely
- You have a quick comprehension skills
- You have a fast comprehension and are communicative and flexible
- You like to work independently and also in a team
- International experience would be an additional plus
- You can sign an internship contract through your university or scholarship
