We’re looking for a mid‑level PHP Developer who combines solid coding skills with practical problem‑solving. You’ll work across the full development cycle — from building new features to optimizing performance — in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

This role is available only in Iași, involves an employment contract (CIM), with a hybrid work model.

What You’ll Do

Development and Implementation

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and established frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, Zend, etc.);
• Implement backend functionalities according to business requirements and technical specifications (provided by clients or internally);
• Integrate and optimize relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
• Create, consume, and document REST APIs.

Code Quality & Maintenance

• Write clean, reusable, testable, and easy‑to‑maintain code;
• Debug, fix issues, and refactor existing code;
• Write and run unit and functional tests (where applicable);
• Follow coding standards and security best practices (SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, etc.).

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers;
• Actively participate in code reviews, both as an author and as a reviewer;
• Estimate tasks and meet agreed deadlines;
• Contribute to technical documentation and to improving development processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of relevant experience in PHP Development
• Ability to work independently on complete features;
• Autonomy in handling common tasks;
• Ability to work with minimal support when dealing with complex functionalities;
• Capacity to propose technical solutions, not just implement them.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
