The Main Goal of This Position

Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for the allocated districts in Romania.

What We Expect From You?

• To provide support in all employment related processes together with the HR team;
• To implement and evaluate all human resource department policies and procedures;
• To support the HR team in designing and implementing effective training and development plans;
• To ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status;
• To check and support if al HR related documents are correctly filled by employees and provide assistance in case of guidance need;
• To assist the HR team in the annual budget preparation;
• To make sure the organization maintains compliance with labor regulations;
• To request and prepare the full work-related equipment for all new entries;
• To supervise and manage the daily activities of the office;
• To track of required materials / equipment / services from the area of responsibility and take necessary actions in order to meet the office needs;
• To serve as a point of contact and connection with other working points / offices, individuals and institutions regarding the operational aspects specified in the job description.
