We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager to support small CAPEX engineering projects (typically around 500 kCHF) at our site. This role involves managing projects from initiation through execution and close-out, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
Responsabilities
- Manage and coordinate small CAPEX engineering projects from start to finish.
- Provide day-to-day project and construction management support for engineering activities.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Plan, schedule, and track project activities and deliverables.
- Oversee on-site execution with a focus on safety, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Identify risks and issues proactively, propose mitigation actions, and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare and deliver structured progress updates, including status, risks, and next steps.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Construction Manager for small CAPEX projects.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments with a solid understanding of GMP requirements.
- Ability to work independently and integrate effectively within an engineering organization.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Sound judgment to escalate issues and risks at the appropriate time.
