We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager to support small CAPEX engineering projects (typically around 500 kCHF) at our site. This role involves managing projects from initiation through execution and close-out, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule compliance.

Responsabilities

• Manage and coordinate small CAPEX engineering projects from start to finish.
• Provide day-to-day project and construction management support for engineering activities.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and track project activities and deliverables.
• Oversee on-site execution with a focus on safety, quality, cost, and timelines.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, propose mitigation actions, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare and deliver structured progress updates, including status, risks, and next steps.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Construction Manager for small CAPEX projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments with a solid understanding of GMP requirements.
• Ability to work independently and integrate effectively within an engineering organization.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Sound judgment to escalate issues and risks at the appropriate time.
