This internship offers hands-on experience combining Business Intelligence (BI) with analytical work. You'll help maintain and build Power BI dashboards, support business analytics requests, and use Python to automate reporting. • Collaborate with the team to develop data products that enable self-service analytics
  • Help implement metrics to measure product and process performance
  • Document data products and dashboards to enable self-service and reduce maintenance burden
  • Learn about data engineering concepts and tools (Microsoft Fabric, PySpark)
  • Contribute to building scalable analytics solutions on our data platform

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • Available for 6-12 months: Seeking candidates who can commit to longer internships for greater impact and learning
  • Power BI skills: Experience building dashboards, basic DAX knowledge, understanding of data visualization principles

  • SQL fundamentals: Familiar with SELECT queries and basic joins (you'll develop advanced SQL skills on the job)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

  • Internship or project experience in analytics, BI, or data roles
  • Exposure to modern data platforms or cloud technologies
  • Understanding of financial services, especially structured products
  • Experience with Git or version control

You'll Thrive in This Internship If You:

  • Have strong analytical fundamentals and can think critically about data problems
  • Use AI tools strategically to enhance productivity, not as a replacement for understanding
  • Take ownership of your work and validate outputs rather than blindly accepting AI suggestions
  • Want to understand how analytics drives business strategy in the financial industry
  • Are looking for hands-on experience beyond academic coursework

What You'll Gain:

  • Hands-on experience with production BI systems and real business data
  • Mentorship from experienced data professionals
