Our company is developing cutting-edge embedded systems for advanced R&D products, providing unique opportunities to work on next-generation firmware and hardware integration. The main focus of this role is to test and ensure the quality of embedded hardware systems. As an Electronic Hardware QA Engineer, you will analyze project requirements, design and maintain test plans, and execute tests to ensure full functional coverage. You will document results, prepare test reports, and actively participate in team discussions. You will work with electronics and software teams to test hardware, identify and report defects, use measurement tools, and support overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze project requirements related to device testing, software functionality, and test benches
  • Design, develop, and maintain test documentation ensuring complete functional test coverage
  • Execute test scenarios as per the defined test plans and accurately report outcomes
  • Prepare comprehensive test reports and participate actively in team meetings
  • Identify, investigate, and document defects, including detailed reproduction steps and issue reporting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hardware, embedded systems, or QA-related roles
  • Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of electronics and circuit design, including both digital and analog circuits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in a hardware QA or testing environment
  • Proven ability to execute, document, and report test activities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team
  • Experience with Linux-based environments is highly valued
  • Knowledge of RF principles is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in designing or building hardware test benches is an advantage
  • Programming experience in Python or Embedded C is desirable

  • Measurement and debugging tools: Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Antenna Analyzer

  • Programming languages: Python, Embedded C (optional)
