The role

As a Machine Learning Engineer at eComID, your work will evolve with the needs of the company. Depending on your expertise and career path, you’ll focus on building scalable infrastructure, improving existing AI models, or developing new ones. You’ll play an integral role in pushing the boundaries of AI, from dynamic pricing models to size recommendations, while ensuring our solutions are efficient and reliable.

Key responsibilities

▫ Build scalable infrastructure to serve AI models across millions of customers

▫ Push the boundaries of AI models, improving quality in areas like dynamic pricing, LLMs for ETL, and size recommendations

▫ Streamline Machine Learning operations, automating tasks and benchmarking competitors

▫ Optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency of our systems, addressing bottlenecks in model inference and data pipeline correctness

▫ Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure the solutions you build align with business goals

▫ Stay up to date on industry trends, applying cutting-edge techniques to solve real-world problems

What you bring

▫ 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a Software Engineer with ML expertise

▫ Strong foundation in stats, ML, and deep learning, with a passion for staying updated on the latest research

▫ A product-focused mindset: you listen to customers and build solutions that meet their needs

▫ Experience in serving AI models at scale: designing models and pipelines with scalability in mind

▫ A pragmatic approach to technology, understanding the balance between speed, quality, and business needs

▫ Security-conscious: you design solutions with information security in mind

▫ A strong mentor who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others grow within the team
