As an AI & Machine Learning Engineer, you will build scalable, production-ready machine learning systems. You will work closely with software engineers and product teams to turn data and models into real-world applications.

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment
• Productionize models and integrate them into backend systems
• Apply best practices in model validation, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions
• Document models, experiments, and system designs

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Strong programming skills in Python (experience with Java/Scala is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Good software engineering fundamentals (APIs, version control, testing)
• Fluent English (Dutch is a plus, not required)

• Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, Docker)
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting
• Familiarity with microservices and CI/CD pipelines
