👤 About The Role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining Head of Finance and data analytics ownership. You will own GoDutch’s financial strategy, forecasting, reporting, and data foundations ensuring one source of truth. You work closely with founders and leadership to steer the company through scale, funding, and operational maturity with clarity and confidence.

👤 About The Role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining Head of Finance and data analytics ownership. You will own GoDutch’s financial strategy, forecasting, reporting, and data foundations ensuring one source of truth. You work closely with founders and leadership to steer the company through scale, funding, and operational maturity with clarity and confidence.
📈 What does success look like?
- Build and own the financial strategy by translating product and growth plans into robust multi-year models, clear unit economics, pricing logic, and funding scenarios that guide scaling decisions.
- Create decision-ready reporting and insights through accurate monthly management and board reporting, clear KPI tracking, variance analysis, and automated dashboards for leadership.
- Establish a single source of truth for data by designing scalable data models that connect transaction, product, growth, and finance data, enabling self-serve analytics across teams.
- Ensure financial accuracy and scalable processes by owning accounting, revenue recognition, close quality, controls, and tax structuring in collaboration with external partners.
- Enable confident fundraising and governance by preparing board materials, investor deep dives, diligence data rooms, and data-backed narratives that support growth and capital raising.
