Job Description
We are looking for Mobile Analysts to join our growing team in Istanbul. As a key member of the Mobile Banking Team, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and mobile development teams.
This role requires a hybrid mindset: You will not only define banking processes but also ensure they are technically feasible and aligned with iOS & Android user experience standards. You will be responsible for creating seamless mobile journeys, from technical API analysis to the final user interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and business units to translate complex banking requirements into seamless mobile app experiences (iOS & Android).
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows specifically for mobile channels, considering "Happy Path" and "Edge Cases" (e.g., connectivity issues, session timeouts).
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure wireframes and designs comply with Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Material Design principles.
- Analyze API contracts (Swagger/JSON) to ensure backend services meet mobile front-end requirements; identify missing parameters or data discrepancies.
- Coordinate with mobile developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements and technical specifications.
- Support the mobile release management process (App Store & Google Play Store), including smoke tests and beta testing (TestFlight).
- Ensure mobile security standards and regulatory compliance are met in all analysis documents.
- Analyze existing mobile flows and suggest improvements for performance, usability, and customer conversion rates.
- Prepare and deliver documentation including mobile specific user manuals, release notes, and feature guides.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business/systems analysis, preferably in Mobile Banking, Fintech, or Super App projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycles and the distinct characteristics of iOS and Android platforms.
- Technical literacy to read and understand RESTful APIs, JSON formats, and basic SQL queries.
- Experience in Digital Banking products (Onboarding, Money Transfers, Payments, Credits) is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Zeplin) for reviewing mockups.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset; ability to challenge requirements to improve the end-user experience.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
