We are looking for “Platform Engineers” for Platform Engineering teams.

The Role

You will be part of a team designing, automating, and deploying services on behalf of our customers to AWS, Azure, GCP and cloud native platforms. We have deep experience applying DevOps and cloud native practices in virtually every industry.

Qualifications & Experience

• Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers such as AWS (preferred), Azure, Google Cloud(GCP), Huawei Cloud, or Oracle Cloud.
• Working knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Rancher
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash or Python
• Experience with automation and IaC tools like Ansible and Terraform
• Working knowledge of one or more of the following monitoring technologies - Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.
• Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and methodologies
• Good understanding of Git Flow and version control best practices
• Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Agile mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, open to learning new technologies, and future-oriented
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Be passionate for developing well-architected, innovative, and elegant software tools and services
• English proficiency is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with engineering teams across a variety of projects.
• Containerizing multiple applications to support modernization initiatives.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshooting and improving DevOps platforms and workflows.
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensuring customer SLAs are met and managing communication during incidents.
• Participating in technical workshops and working sessions with clients.
• Creating and maintaining clear, concise technical documentation.
• Delivering high-quality results in an Agile, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles or consulting engagements.
• Hands-on involvement in on-premises to cloud migrations or large-scale IT transformations.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS (preferred) or other major cloud platforms.
• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a strong plus.
• Knowledge of MongoDB is an advantage.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL is a plus.
