Job Identification
We are looking for Assistant Product Manager to be part of our Marketing team.
What We Expect
- Lead relationship with key customers
- Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business
- Understand the customer & shopper needs, and create long- and short-term strategical business plan through regular performance analysis
- Conduct all in-store/shopper communications including production, distribution, preparation and POP design for the specific campaigns
- Prepare reports / presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports)
- Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations as appropriate
- Applying business plans into channel
- Analyzing market & sharing regular reports
- Conducting digital tools to increase sales & sales related performance
- Understand market dynamics, visiting field sales team regularly
Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or quantitative Social Sciences or related field of studies.
- Min. 2 years of experience in marketing/customer management
- Commercial awareness as well as great conceptual thinking and very strong analytical skills to work out a systematic mapping of potential opportunities
- Ability to motivate and influence internal and external parties
- Ability to leverage research results into actionable marketing and business building initiatives
- Passion for creative thinking that leads to innovation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Problem solving skills
- Great written, verbal communication skills in English & Turkish
