You’ll work closely with a team of UX and UI Designers, sharing inspiration and shaping solutions together. You’ll also be the connector between clients and developers, guiding conversations, translating needs into clear designs, and ensuring a smooth hand‑off so everything comes to life as intended. And together with fellow designers, you’ll help grow a strong design‑thinking mindset across the organization, making user‑centered design a natural part of how we build products.

- Awareness of accessibility best practices, aiming for at least WCAG AA compliance in your work.
- Fluent English (C1) and confidence in communicating design ideas and research outcomes.
- Interest in supporting sales and early‑stage concept work through quick prototypes and design input.
- Comfortable using AI tools to boost your research and design workflow in a secure and ethical way.
- Nice to have: experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InVision.
- Private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and 40 + options on our NAIS benefit platform, including Netflix, Spotify or Multisport.)
- Hybrid working model that fits your life after completing onboarding, connect work from a modern office with ergonomic work from home thanks to home office package (including laptop, monitor, and chair). Ask your recruiter about the details.
