Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SIEM and SOAR platforms for real-time threat monitoring and automated response
• Configure, manage, and secure Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems across the organization
• Deploy, configure, and monitor Extended Detection and Response (XDR) tools to enhance endpoint protection
• Conduct regular security assessments using vulnerability scanning tools; analyze and report risks
• Oversee the full vulnerability management lifecycle: discovery, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and verification
• Perform and ensure secure configurations on load balancers and network infrastructure
• Administer and monitor key security technologies, including Firewalls, WAF, DLP, IDS/IPS, PAM, SIEM, and EDR/XDR
• Implement and maintain security configurations across multi-cloud environments
• Support incident response activities, including log analysis, root cause identification, and digital forensics
• Develop, maintain, and enforce security processes in alignment with BDDK, KVKK, and TBMM regulations
• Create and update internal security policies; deliver security awareness training sessions to staff
• Contribute to application security efforts throughout the SDLC

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity (fintech or financial industry experience is a plus)
• Solid experience with MDM and XDR platforms
• Proficient in using vulnerability scanning and management tools
• Strong working knowledge of SIEM, firewalls, and IDS/IPS technologies
• Familiar with load balancing systems and their secure configuration
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks: BDDK, KVKK, ISO 27001, and GDPR
• Preferred certifications: CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CISA, or similar
• Experience preparing technical documentation and participating in audits (internal/external)
• Strong written and reading comprehension skills in technical English
