Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from universities related area (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS or similar)
• 7+ years of experience in IT and Technical Project Management roles
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (role requires close collaboration with global partners)
• Strong hands-on experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical delivery processes
• Ability to perform business and technical analysis and convert requirements into clear and actionable user stories
• Proven experience in technically guiding development and test teams throughout delivery phases
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and hybrid project management approaches
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Strong documentation and reporting skills (requirements, user stories, technical and project documents)
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on SQL knowledge is a plus
• PMP, Agile or Scrum-related certifications are a plus

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, monitor and report multiple technical projects simultaneously
• Take end-to-end delivery ownership of software development and system implementation projects
• Perform business and technical analysis to clarify requirements and scope
• Create, refine and manage user stories in collaboration with business, development and test teams
• Provide technical guidance to development and QA teams, ensuring alignment with architecture, standards and requirements
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and continuous communication
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and global partners during integration and delivery phases
• Support and train first-level support teams to ensure smooth handover and operational readiness
• Maintain direct communication with global partners and HQ in Germany
• Identify risks, dependencies and technical constraints; define and follow up mitigation actions
• Prepare and present project status, risks and delivery topics to senior management
• Track project and team performance and provide regular, constructive feedback
